Jennifer Rebholz

Defense-Trained. Plaintiff-Driven. Verdict-Proven.

Former State Bar President Board-Certified Specialist ABOTA Trial Lawyer

Eighteen years defending insurers and corporations taught Jennifer exactly how they value a claim and build a case. That knowledge now works for the individuals and families facing them.

Her practice focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death: cases where the harm is permanent and the defense is well-resourced.

93 attorneys in Arizona hold board certification in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death law. Nine are women. I am one of them.

My career began on the defense side. For thirteen years I was captive counsel for an insurance carrier: not outside counsel who receives the file, but a lawyer employed by the company, working next to the people who decide what a claim is worth and whether to pay it or try it.

I moved to the other side of those cases in late 2023. The reason is not complicated. Standing between someone and a powerful opponent and saying, simply, not without a fight, is why I became a litigator. That shift was not a departure from my experience. It was a refinement of it.

I still love the courtroom. That has never been my client's obligation to fund. Trial is a tool, and a powerful one, but it is not the goal. Sometimes the best outcome is a hard-fought verdict. More often it is a resolution that gets a client what they need without the cost and the toll a trial demands. That calculus is never about what I want.

Every person deserves clarity, respect, and someone who will fight. That is the standard I hold myself to in every case.

A career shaped by perspective, trust, and service.
