Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit jenniferrebholz.com, how it is used, and how you can control it. This site does not sell or share personal data. All third-party tracking is opt-in and managed through a consent banner powered by Klaro.

What data is collected
This site does not collect personal data directly. No contact forms or account registration are present on this website.
The only data collection on this site occurs through third-party analytics and marketing services - and only if you explicitly consent via the cookie banner when you first visit. If you decline or take no action, no data is collected by this site. This applies equally to blog posts, which are published directly on jenniferrebholz.com and are subject to the same Klaro-managed consent as all other pages.
This site also links to a Substack publication for blog subscriptions. If you choose to subscribe, you will be directed to Substack's platform, where Substack's own privacy policy governs the collection and handling of your information. No subscription data is received or stored by this site.
Third-party services & cookies
This site uses two third-party services, both disabled by default until you give consent. Consent is managed by Klaro, an open-source consent management tool. Your preference is stored in a cookie named jr_consent for 365 days.
Provided by Google LLC. Used to understand how visitors navigate the site — pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. IP anonymization is enabled (anonymize_ip: true), meaning your full IP address is never stored. Measurement ID: G-SWFCBSPNDC.
Provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Used to measure the effectiveness of content and to enable retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. If you decline, consent is explicitly revoked via fbq('consent','revoke') and no tracking occurs. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers beyond what Meta processes under its own terms.
Substack (blog subscriptions). This site links to a Substack publication at jenniferrebholz.substack.com. Substack is an independent platform operated by Substack Inc. If you subscribe to the blog, your name and email are collected and managed by Substack under their own privacy policy. No subscription data is shared with or stored by this site. Substack does not set cookies on jenniferrebholz.com.
Attorney-client confidentiality
This privacy policy applies to general website visitors and does not govern information exchanged within an established attorney-client relationship. That information is protected under the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and the terms of any engagement agreement.
If you contact Jennifer Rebholz directly by email or phone, please review the Confidential Information section of the Legal Disclaimer before sharing sensitive details about your matter.
Data retention
Google Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (26 months for user and event data). Meta Pixel data is retained per Meta's own data policies. Consent preferences stored in the jr_consent cookie expire after 365 days.
This site also sets a strictly functional cookie named jr_disc_seen to remember that you have viewed the legal disclaimer panel. This cookie contains no personal data, requires no consent, and expires after 30 days. It is used solely to avoid showing the disclaimer on every page load after your first visit.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you. To make such a request, email jennifer.rebholz@zwfirm.com.
For data processed by Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, requests should be directed to those services directly using the links in section 03, as they act as independent data controllers for that data.
Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law, but this site endeavors to honor reasonable access and deletion requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No personal data is collected directly by this site. For data processed by third-party services, security is governed by their respective policies.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, site functionality, or data practices. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
