This site does not collect personal data directly. There are no contact forms or account registration.

Like most websites, the server and its security provider automatically record basic technical information about each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the time. This is used to keep the site secure and running, and to understand how search engines and AI tools access the site’s reference pages. It is not used to build profiles of visitors or to advertise to them.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used, so there is no cookie banner to accept or decline.

Substack (blog subscriptions). This site links to a Substack publication at jenniferrebholz.substack.com. Substack is an independent platform operated by Substack Inc. If you subscribe to the blog, your name and email are collected and managed by Substack under their own privacy policy. No subscription data is shared with or stored by this site. Substack does not set cookies on jenniferrebholz.com.

This privacy policy applies to general website visitors and does not govern information exchanged within an established attorney-client relationship. That information is protected under the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and the terms of any engagement agreement.
