My career began on the defense side, representing corporations and insurance carriers in complex civil litigation. That experience gave me something invaluable: a deep, firsthand understanding of how cases are built against individuals, and how the other side thinks, prepares, and makes decisions. Over time, I found myself drawn increasingly toward the people on the other side of those cases. Representing individuals and families, not institutions, felt more aligned with who I am and why I became a lawyer.
That shift was not a departure from my experience. It was a refinement of it. Today, I bring the same rigor and strategic mindset I developed in defense work to standing powerfully with clients after life-altering injuries and losses. After 35+ jury trials and two decades in civil litigation, I know what is actually at stake when someone walks through the door, and I take that seriously every time.
I believe every person deserves clarity, respect, and someone who will fight. That is not a tagline. It is the standard I hold myself to in every case. My litigation practice is devoted to representing injured individuals and families at trial.
Specialty certification in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death law is uncommon in Arizona. 93 attorneys in Arizona hold this certification. Nine are women. I am one of them.
